Situated in the picturesque setting of Chorleywood, containing a listed farmhouse and threshing barn, lies the Bullsland Estate. This cluster of four new houses was designed by Neil Dowlman Architecture, aligning closely with the original footprint of a series of derelict farm buildings dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries.

Following the successful attainment of planning approval, Beehive Architecture was appointed as the lead designer by the main contractor. Our role encompassed the production and coordination of all essential design details necessary for the construction phase, including securing statutory approvals. This project stands as a testament to our commitment to blending historical reverence with contemporary design.
