Situated against the historic backdrop of an ancient castle wall and spanning the old moat, Round Tower Apartments at 1-5 Paradise Street is a notable development of Private Rented Sector (PRS) apartments in Oxford’s bustling heart.

This project presented a unique set of challenges due to its distinctive location: a narrow, sloping site curving around a bend. Overcoming these challenges required innovative architectural solutions and meticulous construction efforts, led by Beehive in collaboration with Exel Construction.
